A Note on Shipping

We make every effort to accurately model and predict your shipping costs at checkout, and we continuously update our shipping model to keep estimates as precise as possible.  In reality, we cannot know the exact costs until your order is boxed, weighed, and quoted by the best-priced carrier.  Packaging requirements and ongoing fluctuations in carrier rates make perfect accuracy nearly impossible.  We do not mark up shipping--you pay only the actual carrier costs.

Shipping Policy

We appreciate your order and look forward to you enjoying our products.  Our maple syrup and specialty products are carefully hand crafted so here's what you can expect during the shipping process.

  • Production Time: Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, production times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping begins after your order has been produced. Transit time is separate from production time and will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Shipping Carrier: Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS. In some cases, we may use another carrier to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

  • Shipping Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
